The modern cooking style of Enrico Crippa

Ristorante Piazza Duomo, Alba

Charming small town of Alba, famously known for it truffles and divine Piemontese wine have now another reason to celebrate with pride “Italian” modern cuisine. The modern cooking style of Enrico Crippa is about pushing the boundaries yet respecting the culinary tradition of the region. His youthful, colorful way has giving him some positively attention. Piazza Duomo is the result of a collaboration with the Ceretto family, an influential Piedmontese dynasty which produces much of the region’s famed wine.
