On my quest for new cooking inspiration I will try any place that offers an authentic culinary experience. From Michelin starred haute cuisine to your local restaurant or underground street market.

Experimenting with local produce and spices, exploring new flavors and cooking techniques to create exciting new recipes, that is what I love most.
